As a court approved receiver’s agent, Stan is an expert in preserving, restoring, completing and disposing of real property assets. Stan’s role as receiver is as a representative of the Court to protect the commercial real estate’s value, and to provide the Court with oversight and approval of the Receiver’s business decisions. These issues can include insurance liability, construction defect claims, environmental issues and other liabilities of ownership.
