About Stan Mullin

Career Summary

stan30929a-275As a receiver, Stan is an expert in preserving, restoring, completing and disposing of real property assets. His role as receiver is as a representative of the court to protect the commercial real estate’s value, and to provide the court with oversight and approval of the receiver’s business decisions. This oversight of the loan collateral by the receiver provides insulation from many of the claims and hardships the lender would have inherited had they followed the traditional route of foreclosure absent a receiver. These issues can include insurance liability, construction defect claims, environmental issues and other liabilities of ownership.
